EVENT INFORMATION
Who can come to Winterfest?
Anyone wanting to enjoy a night out with our St. Nicholas Community – a great opportunity to meet school parents, teachers, and parish members.
Feel free to invite friends, family, and any other parishioners.
Where is it held? What time do I need to be there?
This is our 2nd year hosting Winterfest at St. Nicholas Fellowship Hall. Doors open at 5:30pm – come early to allow time to get in and browse.
Dinner is included with your admission ticket. Tickets available for drinks.
What do I need to bring? How do I pay? Do I need cash or a checkbook?
Just bring yourself! We will encourage you at check-in to put a credit card on your account/bidder number but can
checkout at end of night paying cash or check if you choose. For credit cards you will be e-mailed a receipt once your card is charged. Raffle tickets, silent auction items, games, drinks, etc. are all paid for with use of your bidder number. Tickets purchased can be used for drinks.
What should I wear?
This is the most common question and all we can say is anything goes! Jeans, button down shirts, sweaters, skirts, or dresses!
Always a bit of everything at the event. Wear something you feel most comfortable and confident in!
Where does the money raised go?
Right back into the school and church! Winterfest is part of the annual budget which assists in covering the gap between tuition and expenses.
Our goal with Winterfest is to continue to advance our school and catholic education.
